Anime Breaker Weapon System and Acquisition Guide

Learn how to unlock the weapon gacha in Anime Breaker, confirmed weapon names like Serpent Slash, and how the merging system works.

Weapons in Anime Breaker are obtained through a specialized weapon gacha located in World 2, the Attack on Titan World. This gacha uses raid-earned currency but must first be unlocked with gold; verify the currency label shown in the current UI. During early access, the unlock cost was reported at approximately 10 million to 10.9 million gold, though the exact figure may vary based on which other local gachas have already been opened. Enemies in this area drop significantly higher amounts of gold—roughly 252k per kill—to facilitate this unlock.

Confirmed Weapons and Buffs

Unlike the adjacent Titans gacha which provides energy buffs, the weapon gacha exclusively provides damage buffs. While a complete roster is not yet documented, the following weapons have been identified:

  • Crescent Reaver: A base, no-star weapon.
  • Serpent Slash: A two-star merged weapon upgraded from Crescent Reavers.
  • Sun Gauntlet: A secret-rarity equipment item associated with the Ninja Village area; retained reports disagree on whether its inventory category is weapon or accessory.

Note that specific damage multipliers and drop rates for these rarities have not been officially confirmed, and values observed in early gameplay are subject to developer balance changes.

Merging and Star Tiers

Weapons feature a merging system that distinguishes them from other equipment types. Using a "merge all" function, players can combine duplicate weapons to increase their star rating, which significantly improves their damage output compared to unmerged versions. The reported system supports tiers up to tier three; the two-star Serpent Slash made from base Crescent Reavers is one example, not the maximum tier.
